No matter what you’re struggling with, I’m dedicated to walking the journey with you, truly listening, and helping you clarify and achieve your next-level vision for a life of mental wellness. I want to help you achieve whatever life changes you are looking for while enjoying the process as much as possible and experiencing yourself in new ways.

Through years of experience facilitating mental and behavioral health services in schools, homes, and agency settings, I’ve had the privilege of helping teens, adults, couples, and families find healing and understanding in desperate situations. I firmly believe in the power of therapy to create space for not only easing the pain of the moment, but also to do deeper work in finding self-understanding and healing at the core of that pain.

I work with teens and adults with a variety of life and mental health needs, including depression/anxiety, trauma, mood regulation, impulse control and addiction, anger management, grief and loss, men’s issues, parenting-related stress, occupation-related distress, identity/self-esteem struggles, interpersonal conflict, and any emotional struggle someone might not have a name for but that is nonetheless a source of burden and isolation.

Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships, hold grudges, let trauma keep control over us, or be anxious/angry/sad all the time. Reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe a deep breath) to see how therapy may be able to help.
