I am a compassionate, solutions-focused clinician who believes that a successful therapeutic relationship is one that centers around collaboration and trust. I am dedicated to promoting the overall safety and well being of my clients by assisting them in making long lasting changes through education, support, and empowerment.

I have experience working with diverse populations such as children, adolescents, transitional ages, and adults from both rural and urban communities. I also have experience working in various treatment settings including outpatient mental health, community mental health, acute medical rehabilitation, and more recently outpatient substance abuse treatment. I have specialized training in crisis management, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I utilize a trauma informed person centered and strengths based approach to address areas of need such as depression, anxiety, self harm, academic achievement, and difficult life transitions.
