I am passionate about helping others help themselves. I see my role as your therapist as a guide in gaining insights into the challenges you are experiencing. I will assist in providing tools and education, and with new found insights you will be able to start implementing proactive steps to be the best version of yourself. My goal is to assist you in recognizing and activating your own internal resources for healing, so you may begin to recognize your experiences as opportunities to learn and grow from rather than challenges or obstacles. My goal is for my clients to increase self-efficacy in their relationships, managing emotions, and achieving goals by finding purpose and meaning to every aspect of their lives.

My therapeutic style is a combination of strength-based, motivational interviewing, existentialism, and mindfulness. I believe that the client is the facilitator of change and as the therapist I will use integrative techniques to assist in moving through each experience effectively.

The areas I specialize in are women’s wellness, family systems in a home with substance use, accepting feelings and thoughts related to adjustments in life, working on conflicts in inter/intrapersonal communications, mood regulation, and domestic violence. I believe that the client is the facilitator of change and benefits from supportive guidance.
