I am a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to helping others on their path towards healing and growth. I provide a safe space without judgment, which allows my client to learn from their own emotions and challenges. From an early age, I knew that helping others was my calling in life, and that is why I decided to become a therapist. I bring a compassionate approach to making a positive impact on the lives of others. I want to embark on this journey together and help you take back control of your life by developing strategies to achieve your personal goals.

My previous work experience in the mental health field includes working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with clients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, suicidal ideation, and depression. I also have experience working with couples and intimacy, families, and I have completed a certification in grief counseling. In my practice, I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
