Everyone is unique and multifaceted, I invite you to come to session as the most authentic version of yourself, quirks and all!

I believe that the most important part of therapy is being truly seen, without judgement. I hope to create a safe space where you can process all aspects of life and gain the confidence to be the best version of you, as you see fit. My approach is relational and pulls from numerous modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, E-FIT, and solution focused.

I have helped clients navigate trauma, relationship issues, codependency, emotional regulation, self-confidence, depression, anxiety, substance use, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ issues. In addition, I am very passionate about providing support to those who love and care for someone with special needs.
So, get comfy, settle in, and tell me your story. Bring all your baggage and lay it down in session. You’ve been carrying it alone for so long, I’m here to help and listen.
