As a therapist, I take a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I believe in helping clients understand themselves more deeply, develop practical tools for navigating difficult emotions, and build the confidence to create meaningful change in their lives.
My background in school-based mental health has given me the opportunity to work alongside young people during some of their most challenging moments, including periods of significant stress, emotional distress, and crisis. Through this work, I’ve learned that meaningful support starts with meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, and creating a space where they feel safe enough to be honest and vulnerable.
Outside of my work, I value connection, authenticity, and finding joy in the everyday moments that make life meaningful. I bring those same values into my work with clients and feel incredibly grateful to be able to walk alongside people during important chapters of their lives.
