I have a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and women as they navigate life challenges and transitions. Whether working with children struggling with anxiety, ADHD, individuals on the autism spectrum, or women and mothers experiencing the challenges of motherhood, marital struggles, or grief, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where everyone feels grounded, valued, and free to be themselves.
With experience in mental health agencies and school social work, I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strength-based and spiritually based approaches. I believe every person deserves to feel worthy, discover their strengths, and embrace their potential. My hope is to help each client find inner peace, build confidence, and unlock the freedom to become who they are meant to be while honoring their journey and looking forward to the possibilities ahead.
