I believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and discover new ways of moving through the world. My approach to therapy is grounded in client-centered care, with an emphasis on understanding how our past experiences and relationships shape the ways we see ourselves and connect with others. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, honor your experiences, and walk alongside you as you discover what healing and growth look like on your own terms, I’d love to connect with you!
I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating complex trauma, life transitions, identity development, and relationship challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate questions of identity, family expectations, relationships, and finding their place in the world. Whether you’re questioning who you are, untangling expectations placed on you by others, navigating changes in your relationships, or redefining what love and connection mean on your own terms, I’m here to help you explore these experiences with curiosity, clarity, and self-compassion.
Therapy with me is a space where you get to focus on you. I want you to feel comfortable bringing all parts of yourself into the room, including the anger, grief, exhaustion, and uncertainty that can come with navigating life’s challenges. Just as important, I want there to be room for your joy, resilience, and strength! I believe healing isn’t about leaving parts of yourself behind, but learning to understand and care for yourself with greater compassion.
