I have always enjoyed working with youth and adults and supporting individuals as they build life skills, confidence, and resilience. I bring a wide range of experience from working in community and in-home settings, as well as a wide-variety of needs, diversity, and goals. This has helped me shape a well-rounded, person-centered approach thus far.

My passion in counseling is grounded in professional experience and a strong appreciation for the impact of individualized, supportive care. I have worked with individuals navigating a range of challenges, including trauma, family conflict, grief, and loss, and have seen how counseling can support resilience, growth, and positive, lasting change.

MAt the center of my work is the belief that people already have strengths within themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where individuals can gain insight, develop effective tools, and feel empowered to help themselves. I strive to meet clients where they are and support them as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Currently a graduate student at Bradley University and working towards her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
