My passion is to assist my clients in identifying and building upon their own strengths throughout the treatment process. Together we can create a safe, welcoming, confidential, and supportive environment. In doing so, we are better able to prepare for and overcome times of crisis.

I am able to assist my clients through a variety of therapeutic approaches; including, but not limited to Behavioral Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed, and Talk Therapies.

My array of experience comes from a variety of inpatient, outpatient, non-profit, childcare, and educational settings. I am involved with many local organizations and take a special interest in working with those experiencing self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, suicide bereavement, and/or trauma recovery.

Additional areas of focus include anxiety, crisis intervention, depression, domestic violence, grief and loss, interpersonal communication, relationship struggles, and sexual assault. I tailor each session to meet the client’s specific needs and goals while planning for future success.
