I offer a warm and safe space where clients can feel supported as they navigate and heal from life’s challenges. As a person centered, strengths-based, and culturally responsive therapist. My passion is in providing culturally competent care, empathy, and understanding in order to foster confidence and healing. Throughout my clinical practice, I have worked with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and families in nonprofit, crisis agencies, and therapeutic settings.
I have experience working with a continuum of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, and immigrant/generational trauma. I am passionate about providing culturally responsive and language accessible care. I am a Latinx therapist and can provide therapy in Spanish.
