I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-empowerment. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight into their challenges, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful changes in their lives. From an early age, I knew that helping others was my calling, which led me to pursue a career in therapy. I believe in walking alongside my clients as they regain a sense of control and work toward achieving their personal goals.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health concerns, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and school-related issues. I also work with couples and families and have completed a certification in grief counseling. Additionally, I have experience supporting first responders and military personnel.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Client-Centered Therapy. By combining compassion with practical strategies, my goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
